Regular Visits

Subsequent visits require up to 30 minutes from when you get out of your car to when you get back into it.

After we greet you on your arrival, we have you rest for a few minutes in our reception room so you are relaxed when we check and adjust you.

When you and I are together in the adjusting room, I first get you to tell me if there is anything you have to report since out previous visit. Do you feel improved? Has anything happened to you that I should know about?

I then put you on the adjusting table, perform the examination tests I need to see if you have any subluxations that need to be adjusted that day, do any adjustments necessary, get you up off the table and report to you on what I have found.

When we have completed this, we make your appointment for your following visit and send you on a 10 minute walk, which helps your body to accept the adjustments it has just received. Your visit for the day is then completed.

Dennis Asks some important questions of interest to Tweed Heads residents - Chiropractor Tweed Heads Dennis Asks...

How could a child benefit from chiropractic?
Regardless of our age, each of us in Tweed Heads encounters physical, chemical and emotional stresses that exceed our ability to handle. For newborns, it could be the trauma encountered at birth. For toddlers it could be from learning to walk or ride a bike. Many of the problems we chiropractors see in adults are the result of neglected traumas from childhood.
How long does it take to form a bone spur?
Many who begin chiropractic care think their problem happened "last week when you bent over funny." But pictures of the spine tell a different story. Chiropractors know it can take your body years to deposit the calcium necessary to form a bone spur. It's your body's response to stress due to gravity or joint malfunction. And chiropractic care can help.
